Mr. Dinc has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara. Prior to joing Silvermet, he had spent 10 years working at Eregli Iron & Steel Co., part of the Erdemir Group, the biggest industrial concern in Turkey. Mr. Dinc spent time in this blast furnace steel producer in increasingly more responsible positions, including positions as industrial engineer, production planning manager, and production & development manager. During his career with Eregli, Mr. Dinc was involved in numerous modernization projects which necessitated interacting with foreign equipment suppliers.
